    "description": "The historic vessel, The Tall Ship Glenlee requires a replacement accessibility lift to be purchased and installed using funds from Museums Galleries Scotland Repair and Adaptation Fund.\r\n Contractor turnkey project requirement definition:-\r\n 1.\tLift as presently configured with four access/ egress levels in weather deckhouse, \u00e2\u0080\u0098tween decks, mezzanine deck, hold, DDA compliant.\r\n 2.\tPlatform lift capable of carrying a minimum load of 450kg and have a capacity alternatively for 5 persons.\r\n 3.\tPower \u00e2\u0080\u0093 single phase 220 V AC.\r\n 4.\tCapable of operation in up to 2 degrees of ship list and 1 degree change of fore and aft trim of ship.\r\n 5.\tDoes not need to meet fire evacuation requirements.\r\n 6.\tDesign must accommodate the limited pit depth of \u003c150mm.\r\n 7.\tMeet or exceed 2006/42CE.\r\n 8.\tAll works must comply with CDM regs.\r\n 9.\tLift must be capable of a minimum of 20 operational cycles per hour.\r\n 10.\tNormal duty cycle is 8 hours per day with some operational days of up to 24 hours per day.\r\n 11.\t A five-year warranty on all parts and labour/ hours is required.\r\n 12.\t A five-year maintenance package is required.\r\n 13.\t A key control is required to avoid unauthorised operations.\r\n 14.\tTurnkey project for removal of all components of old lift installation and installation and commissioning of new lift.\r\n 15.\tAll responsibility for measurements, design, removal of old equipment and materials arisings from site.\r\n 16.\tAll transportation of equipment and materials, lifting and craneage are part of the turnkey contract.\r\n 17.\tAll works must comply with relevant Health and Safety at Work Act requirements.\r\n 18.\tInsurance must be provided for a sum of GBP 10 million pounds for any one occurrence.\r\n 19.\tProduct liability insurance in the sum of GBP 10 million pounds in the aggregate and professional indemnity insurance in the aggregate.\r\n Client site works: - Works on essential support steel substructures for lift in lower hull steelwork blasting inspection, any necessary strengthening and protective coating whilst old lift removed must be completed before new lift installation.",
