    "procurementMethodRationale": "The bespoke nature of this requirement can only be conducted by the original supplier who installed, integrated and commissioned a turnkey solution of a cold spray and ancillary pieces of equipment. The system was not designed to be disassembled however due to the external circumstances the department must relocate all equipment from K-block to a new specified location.\r\n This can only be successfully delivered if the system is decommissioned with the highest level of knowledge, safely transported to the new location, and re-assembled as per the original contract requirements. Further a specialised calibration will need to be performed. The maintenance and service packages that are currently in place, will also remain active to provide the OEM\u0027s continued support. There is no alternative supplier or solution to deliver the relocation of this system.",
