To enable the Living\r\n Well Programme to deliver service outwith the hospital setting appropriate alternative gym/leisure\r\n facilties were required to ensure patient safety. LiveArgyll are provide management and oversight\r\n of the only appropriate facilties so they have been our only option to deliver the service in the\r\n appropriate time frame.\r\n The whole ethos of the Living Well programme is to remove health and wellbeing from a hospital\r\n setting and deliver this within a community environment. Focusing on self management and\r\n encouraging those with long term conditions to enagage with community resources to achieve\r\n this. By only using LiveArgyll we will be developing the conditions for those with long term\r\n conditions to build the trusting relationship and move the management of their condition from the\r\n medical / hospital focus to a community based approach.",
