          "description": "Bidders MUST confirm that they can meet the following Mandatory Training, Certification and Accreditation Requirements and supply proof in the response via completion of the SPD document submission as detailed in question 4A.1 of the SPD.\r\n Evidence for all accreditations and/or Certifications must be enclosed with the Tender response. These must also be provided as and when renewed, to the Procurement Department throughout the lifetime of the contract.\r\n The Bidder MUST ensure that all policies remain in place for the total time period detailed within the contract\r\n The Contractor must be registered member of CHAS Premier Plus at contract award and a hold as a minimum CHAS certification at SPD.\r\n The Contractors employees must be technically trained to or equivalent.\r\n The Contractor must ensure that all staff and operatives are fully certificated by NSI and or SIA and must be suitably qualified and certified to carry out the works.\r\n It is a mandatory requirement of NHSDG that all contractors must be registered as CHAS Advanced members proof of registration will be required prior to acceptance of any contractor. If not CHAS Advanced registered at the time of submission of the SPD, then a stated undertaking that if successful at the ITT stage this will be achieved within six months of contract award is acceptable at this stage.",
